How are staff verified?
Each person signs up with their own mobile number, then uploads an ID and a selfie. We check them before they can be seen by hotels.
What does it cost?
StaffOnCall is free for hotels and staff during our pilot. We’ll tell everyone clearly before any fee is introduced.
Which roles can I book?
Stewards, captains, housekeeping, maintenance and banquet helpers, plus biryani, tandoori, Chinese and South Indian cooks.
What if someone doesn’t turn up?

Can hotels see staff phone numbers or IDs?
